Following this activity, we expect our learners to apply practical strategies to improve trainee recruitment, assessment, remediation, curriculum planning, and board preparation. Learners should be able to implement more consistent approaches that support resident progression, readiness for independent IR practice, and ultimately the delivery of safe, effective patient care.
