This module is designed to teach trainees basic arterial anatomy of the major abdominal viscera including all major branches of the abdominal aorta. It will also discuss variant arterial anatomy and its clinical relevance.

Learning Objectives
- Describe normal and variant arterial anatomy of the viscera supplied by the celiac axis, including the liver, stomach and spleen.
- Describe normal and variant arterial anatomy of the viscera supplied by the superior mesenteric artery, including the pancreas, small intestine and proximal colon.
- Describe normal and variant arterial anatomy of the viscera supplied by the inferior mesenteric artery, including the distal colon and rectum.
- Describe normal and variant arterial anatomy of the kidneys.
- Describe the normal location and origin of the gonadal arteries.
